Hank Cramer

Mike cramerHank Cramer is one of the best-loved cowboy singers in the Northwest.  He is known for his booming bass voice, vintage flat-top guitar, and wry sense of humor.  His sings the stories of cowboys, miners, soldiers, adventurers, and just plain folks.  That fits with Hank's life story:  he has been a wrangler for a high-country outfitter, an underground miner, an Army "Green Beret", shantyman on a square-rigged sailing ship, and world traveler.  Those experiences make Hank's music ring with a special authenticity. A fulltime performer since 1999, Hank has recorded 18 CDs, 4 music videos, and 3 movie soundtracks.  His circuit includes the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering at Elko, NV; the High Desert Museum, Bend, OR; Buffalo Bill Center at Cody, WY; Oregon Trail Center at Baker, OR; and cowboy music gatherings throughout the West. When not on the road, he lives on a ranch in the North Cascades with his cowgirl wife, Kit.
