Ric Steinke & Linda Hausler perform as a duo, trio, or with their western swing band " Open Range & the Swing Stampede". Music that captures the spirit of the West".that's how the music of Open Range has been described. Together they weave a musical blend of tight vocal harmonies & outstanding instrumentation. They perform music from the old western standards, swing tunes of the 40's, to western music being written today, including their own original compositions.

Ken is equally at home being a working cowboy and being a singing cowboy. Between chores on his northern Montana ranch, Ken has taken time out to write much of his own material and record numerous albums. Nominated For: 1997 Male Yodeling Champion

Born and raised a town girl, Almeda now lives the life of
her cowgirl dreams. She loves to sing, write and share her life in
song and poetry and has performed throughout Montana and beyond at gatherings where her sweet style of original and classic songs and poetry relate the romance and reality of western life. A
multi-instrumentalist, Almeda has played stringed instruments and
piano since childhood.
